Packaging
Rava Ray jewelry is packaged in a premium glossy black magnetic gift box lined with tissue paper. The box dimensions are: 9.5 in. X 9.25 in. X 1.75 in.
This box is then shipped in a box from Tahiti using the OPT services (Office de Poste et de Telecommunication).
Shipping Methods
Shipments will be made via OPT unless requested otherwise. If you are located on the island of Tahiti, you may contact me at ravaray@gmail.com to discuss the possibility of a delivery.

If you received damaged, incorrect, or falsely advertised goods please email ravaray@gmail.com with your concern.
Upon confirmation and receipt of your complaint you may return the package postmarked within 7 days of your original order date.
In the above cases, you will receive a full refund. Store credit is also available upon request.
